Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex engineering initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile project developments.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and assess technical cost and schedule effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Guide a cross-functional engineering team to achieve program goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the program leadership to establish and execute the Definition of Done, ensuring quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders, aligning technical work with strategic program goals.
- Articulate, convey, and implement the product vision and strategy to fulfill product line goals.
- Supervise Agile processes across SCRUM teams, which includes Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scaled Daily Meetings, Tech Times, and Team Demos.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog for streamlined project execution.
- Assist the program leadership in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges for U.S. clients.
- Lead presentations of the C5I system to prospective clients, aiding the expansion of the product line.
- This role requires on-site presence in Tewksbury, MA.
