Amraam software IPT lead

- Oversee a moderately sized team of software engineers and support personnel through the phases of software development, integration, and qualification. - Act as Control Account Manager (CAM), managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) responsibilities by providing Earned Value metrics and crafting necessary Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Variance narratives (VARs), and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) / Estimates At Complete (EACs). - Monitor labor budgets and regularly communicate any discrepancies to program leadership. - Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for new business pursuits. - Formulate and enact software strategies that align with program budget and schedule. - Prepare and deliver review materials for important milestone evaluations, such as Incremental Design Reviews, Consent to Test, Test Readiness Reviews, Test Review Boards, and Consent to Ship. - Collaborate with the program leadership team to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution strategies. - Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs reflect program goals and related scope. - Maintain project tracking systems to oversee execution and to ensure accountability among team Product Owners and members for their deliverables. - Drive innovation and implement process enhancements aimed at reducing costs and boosting efficiency. - Identify potential risks, analyze them, and create implementable mitigation strategies. - Foster collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure technical cohesion and risk management. - Mentor and coach less experienced team members. - Celebrate and acknowledge team successes and contributions.
