Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience in developing, modifying, or employing AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enhance AI models and tools to increase efficiency in our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Establish an AI capability for common test method (CTM) automated development and configuration management.
- Create a strategic roadmap for AI technologies aimed at optimizing manufacturing verification testing, margin analysis, production troubleshooting, and TAKT times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discern business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and manage the infrastructure necessary for AI development and production, including data pipelines for machine learning workflows.
- Collect, preprocess, and manage extensive datasets, ensuring their quality and suitability for model training.
- Optimize and refine AI models for enhanced accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
- Test and validate AI model outputs and implement monitoring systems to ensure reliability during production.
- Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, processes, and experimental findings.
- Stay current with advancements in AI research and technology to integrate new methodologies.
