Requirements

Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Systems Administrator position along with a college diploma in a related field - Proficient in managing and supporting core Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra, Teams, Intune), and associated admin portals - Familiarity with IT service management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Service Desk and Lansweeper for ticketing, asset management, and system visibility - Prior experience with managing and responding to security and email protection platforms, such as SentinelOne and Mimecast, is an additional advantage - Competent in using ServiceDesk, Microsoft 365 portal, basic Active Directory administration, PC/laptop installation, and basic troubleshooting skills - A team player with a friendly demeanor who is task-oriented and collaborative - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

- Provide initial technical support for hardware, software, network, and user access challenges - Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory - Assist and oversee Microsoft services, including Exchange, Entra, Teams, and Intune - Prepare, configure, and distribute laptops, workstations, and peripherals to employees - Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, applications, and system performance - Address network connectivity issues including VPN, LAN/WAN, IP configuration, and DHCP - Support and maintain office technologies such as printers, desk phones, and additional peripherals - Monitor and manage service desk tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate documentation - Install, configure, and update software across end-user devices (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Google Workspace) - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, ordering, returns, and equipment lifecycle management - Engage in infrastructure-related tasks, such as server room organization and hardware handling - Assist with IT security and compliance initiatives, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, and threat response - React to and investigate security alerts (e.g., endpoint protection notifications) - Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and internal processes - Contribute to ongoing IT projects and continuous improvement activities
