Requirements

Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or operations support - Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills - Experience in supporting Windows-based environments - Familiarity with ticketing systems and device management tools - Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple demands

Responsibilities

- Serve as the main support contact for field and office users for hardware, software, and mobile device issues - Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a prompt and professional manner - Provide occasional support before and after regular hours as needed by the business - Escalate complex problems to IT leadership or third-party vendors when required - Configure, image, deploy, and maintain laptops, tablets, phones, and other peripherals - Manage the lifecycle of devices from provisioning to replacement and retirement - Ensure device performance, security, and user experience standards are upheld - Administer mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, Verizon, One-Key) - Keep precise records of all company IT assets - Conduct regular physical and virtual audits of IT inventory - Ensure accuracy of asset systems, including the Verizon portal - Provide IT orientation for new employees, covering time entry systems and standard applications - Ensure that new hires receive appropriately configured devices on or before their start date - Offer support and light administration for business systems such as ServiceTitan and Microsoft 365 - Act as IT project support or project manager for new software implementations - Collaborate with departments during system rollouts and facilitate post-implementation ownership - Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive processes - Provide IT assistance to affiliated companies and support operations leaders with technical issues related to cameras
