Requirements
Must:
- DEC or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or a technical environment, demonstrated in your cover letter
- Strong understanding of professional environments (advantage: legal or professional services sectors)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Coordinate IT projects (implementation, enhancement, system updates)
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams (lawyers, notaries, administrative staff) and our external IT provider
- Participate in project planning and timelines tracking
- Ensure effective management of priorities and operational requests
- Maintain thorough oversight of project progress and interventions
- Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and propose practical solutions
- Contribute to the management and optimization of utilized tools (e.g., document management, security, infrastructure)
- Keep documentation clear and compliant with best practices
- Engage in continuous improvement of IT processes, emphasizing quality and compliance
- Support the administrative team on any related projects
