Requirements

Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT support capacity, ideally within an MSP setting. - Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. - Experience managing Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive). - Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, DHCP). - Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools (such as NinjaOne, N-able, etc.). - Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Capable of accurately logging work hours. - Provide technical assistance both on-site and remotely. - Team-oriented and collaborative with fellow members. - Proficiency in phone system installations (on-site training will be provided). - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to ask pertinent questions and explain technical issues to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

- Understand and address fundamental technical aspects effectively. - Install and manage business communications systems and networks, covering hardware and software. - Handle the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks and components (access points, switches, firewalls). - Implement and oversee data protection and privacy solutions. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, privacy, security, and networks/systems. - Conduct independent research to resolve issues as identified. - Clearly explain identified problems and potential solutions to clients comprehensively. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and clients, ensuring thorough documentation within client records for optimal client experience. - Safely move, transport, lift, and mount heavy equipment; manage tasks in confined spaces. - Regularly perform daily activities such as walking, standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling. - Pursue continuous knowledge enhancement. - Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks for maximum efficiency. - Apply critical thinking to drive solutions and promote innovation.
