Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Systems, an Engineering discipline, or a closely related field
- 2 years of experience in the position offered or as a Programmer/Analyst, Associate, or Software Developer
- A Bachelors degree with 5 years of progressively responsible experience is acceptable in place of the Masters degree and 2 years of experience
- Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
- Willingness to travel or relocate to various unanticipated client sites for assignments of various durations within the US
Responsibilities
- Develop web-based applications and support mobile applications utilizing Java, J2EE, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Create and implement harnesses, sections, portals, decision rules, declarative rules, service files, and SQL connections within PEGA applications
- Gather requirements and execute EDI processes
- Integrate and improve EDI transactions along with interactive voice response units
- Develop Webservices using RESTful Webservices and parse XML files employing SOA architecture
- Design and create EDI maps
- Configure FTP servers for EDI communications
- Develop scripts to automate the EDI process
