Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Hono
- Strong skills in PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration
- Experience in both IT support and software development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software
- Strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting
- Experience building or contributing to new systems from scratch (preferred)
- Background in migrations and deployment platforms (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver internal and customer-focused IT support, including troubleshooting endpoints
- Provide hardware support and setup for workstations
- Assist with internal security measures
- Troubleshoot VoIP systems, printers, and various office technologies
- Maintain general IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with teams on system enhancements and technical initiatives
- Play a key role in developing a new internal platform, focusing on architecture and feature creation
- Create and maintain applications, APIs, and integrations
- Develop automation scripts and backend workflows to optimize operations
- Contribute to enhancements for customer-facing platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical solutions and product refinement
