Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Zoho product suite, particularly with the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules.
- Proven ability in designing, developing, testing, and deploying customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Deluge scripting language.
- Familiarity with designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions in the Java development environment.
- Proficient in constructing files in XML according to established standards.
- Understanding of systems analysis, technical documentation processes, monitoring methodologies, and reporting/analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current Zoho environment and create a strategy for enhancements.
- Create and implement Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to evaluate workload and time estimates for fulfilling specific requirements.
- Develop and implement software testing plans to facilitate migrations and modifications of existing applications and infrastructure.
- Generate and update documentation relevant to code, applications, and processes as required.

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $49.38 to $53.38. Our work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
