Workday Techno-Functional Architect

- Lead the design of solutions across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules - Collaborate with HR teams to convert business needs into scalable Workday configurations - Evaluate the impact of releases, enhancements, and regulatory updates - Own governance frameworks for access, role rationalization, and audit readiness - Adhere to SDLC framework for enhancements and project initiatives - Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, BIRT reporting, and XML/XSLT transformations - Manage the integration lifecycle: from requirements to mapping, building, testing, deployment, and post-production support - Diagnose integration issues and improve performance - Oversee vendor integrations, including payroll and benefits providers - Implement secure authentication protocols such as SFTP, OAuth, and API security - Facilitate cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions - Transform business requirements documentation into user stories and technical design documents - Provide high-level updates on project roadmaps, risks, and integration stability to executives - Guide junior analysts, integration developers, and functional configurators - Drive release management strategies and coordinate regression testing - Maintain thorough documentation related to project work, HR systems, and process guidelines
