Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing within financial services or enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the complete UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval
- Spearhead test strategy development, create test cases, and design regression suites in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria are met
- Document and convey test outcomes, traceability matrices, and defect logs utilizing JIRA and Octane
- Participate in review sessions with business users and technology teams to validate functionality and gather feedback
Description
We are seeking a dedicated UAT professional to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position offering a competitive hourly wage between $30.16 and $31.00, with work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
