Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management
- Background in supporting technology in industrial or production settings
- Proficiency in product support; mining experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of data gathering and analytical techniques
- Strong understanding of effective communication strategies
- Problem-solving expertise applicable to various situations
- Skills in relationship management with clients and peers
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Familiarity with consulting practices for both internal and external clients
Responsibilities
- Support continuous product improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and address issues and defects in production items
- Provide assistance for external customers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Collaborate with a diverse team of six people and global teams
- Work primarily in an office environment with limited field exposure; PPE provided for mine visits
- Complete MSHA certification for mine site visits, with training expenses covered
