Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in Digital Product Engineering (DPE) leadership
- Expertise in modern application architectures and delivery models
- Background in web, backend, API-driven, and mobile application solutions
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and technical governance
- Strong skills in mentoring and developing technical teams
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (C#, .NET Core/6/8, Angular)
- Knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid application platforms
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements and meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and governance for successful DPE solutions
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery ensuring quality without hands-on execution
- Act as a trusted advisor on application platforms and architecture decisions
- Assess and evaluate senior DPE candidates for project alignment
- Mentor offshore and junior team members in technical evaluation
- Provide thought leadership on scalable application architectures
- Guide teams on best practices and delivery models in Digital Product Engineering
- Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the DPE Service Line
- Implement best practices and governance frameworks for enhanced delivery
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop new service capabilities
- Participate in technical reviews of solution proposals to ensure compliance
