- Develop, write, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Processes, and Procedures adhering to documentation standards - Conduct research and analysis by collaborating with subject matter experts to comprehend existing workflows and decision points - Facilitate interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to gather precise information for Business Essential Documents (BEDs) - Identify and report on process gaps or unclear areas within provided workflows - Perform peer reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards - Maintain version control and manage updates, communication history, and audit requirements - Document changes and approvals in alignment with governance standards - Support senior leadership with documentation and research tasks - Manage multiple documentation projects with a keen focus on detail and timely completion - Suggest enhancements to documentation clarity, structure, and governance practices - Exhibit strong research and analytical skills to evaluate and streamline processes - Facilitate effective discussions with stakeholders to obtain accurate information - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, converting complex material into well-structured documents - Work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing proactive organizational skills - Apply critical thinking to analyze and clarify operational details in a dynamic environment - Communicate professionally with stakeholders across all organizational levels
