Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline - A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Framework) preferred - Several years of experience in IT service management, product management, or project management roles - Experience with managing Service Center operations or similar initiatives is highly desired - Strong comprehension of IT service management frameworks (like ITIL), software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies - Familiarity with tools and systems such as ServiceNow, ServiceNow SAFe module, and Genesys Cloud is advantageous - Proficiency in analyzing data, recognizing trends, and making informed decisions based on data - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities for addressing service delivery challenges - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams - Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide the Service Center team - Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations - In-depth understanding of customer needs to translate them into actionable service requirements - Commitment to delivering top-quality Technology services that meet or exceed customer expectations - Adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Independent problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

- Define and prioritize the product backlog for Service Center operations, ensuring alignment with business value and stakeholder needs - Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Service Center team, ensuring stakeholder requirements are integrated into the service delivery - Collaborate on the development and communication of the vision and strategy for the Service Center, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives - Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement of Service Center operations and implement changes to improve service quality and efficiency - Develop and refine user stories related to IT service management to ensure clarity and actionable direction for the Service Center team - Engage in sprint planning and review meetings, providing insights and feedback to guide the Service Center team towards successful service evolution - Monitor the performance of Service Center operations, using metrics and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement decisions - Collaborate closely with the Service Center team to ensure services are delivered according to established requirements and timelines - Recognize and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of Technology services

This position allows for a hybrid work model and has the potential for long-term conversion to a full-time role. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50 to $65 per hour, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
