Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of experience in technical product management
- Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred
- Proven ability to evaluate business cases and align with stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in software engineering, data engineering, or SDET roles
- Technical fluency with the ability to discuss and analyze architectural concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and key teams to develop scalable and extensible software solutions
- Coordinate with business line product managers to establish and communicate the teams roadmap
- Transform business, user, and technological needs into actionable user stories and product specifications
- Document clear acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to ensure task completion
- Advocate and implement Agile principles, managing team backlogs and prioritizing epics and features
- Set objective requirements with defined success criteria
