Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to play a crucial role in meeting the workload demands of our ServiceNow implementation, ensuring that we adhere to critical project timelines. Although a full-time ServiceNow Administrator is on board, our current project volume has surpassed our internal capabilities. This contractor will work in conjunction with our staff to fulfill initial service requests and facilitate the implementation configuration. As we move into the Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) phases, this role will transition to providing ongoing maintenance and support. Our aim is to enhance business processes and expand self-service options without delaying the introduction of new features. This position is remote, but applicants must reside in Wisconsin. The working hours are from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM CT.
