Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven history of delivering impactful products.
- Experience in leading large-scale system design and architecture within a rapidly growing setting.
- Proficient with TypeScript, Python, or other contemporary programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in resource-limited environments while maintaining high performance.
- Preferably has experience with both startup and enterprise-level organizations.
- Prior experience in developing SaaS solutions with AI functionalities is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex technical projects from initial architecture through to implementation and production.
- Design and enhance systems that are highly reliable, secure, and efficient to support AI-driven processes.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team to ensure engineering initiatives align with company goals.
- Mentor and guide fellow engineers to improve technical standards and best practices.
- Play a role in fostering the culture and foundational principles of the engineering organization.
