Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education
- Hands-on expertise with Modern React, Java, and Mongo/RDBMS
- Experience with Co-Pilot for generating database, application, and UI code
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a plus
- Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex initiatives that have a broad impact and engage in large-scale planning for Software Engineering
- Review and evaluate intricate, multi-dimensional challenges in Software Engineering requiring detailed analysis of various factors
- Assist in resolving complex situations necessitating a strong understanding of organizational functions, policies, procedures, and compliance criteria necessary to achieve deliverables
- Collaboratively strategize and consult with client personnel to foster successful outcomes
