Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering within fast-paced environments
- Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and Python; practical experience with SQL, XML, and data integration
- Hands-on familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Nexthink), monitoring, logging, and metrics systems
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks with experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Strong grasp of DevOps/SRE concepts, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, automation, and resiliency patterns
- Proven background in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern SaaS offerings
- Technical proficiency with Windows and Linux systems in enterprise end-user computing environments
- Ability to convert analytical insights into actionable improvements and automation
- Understanding of AI/LLM technologies for enhancing workflows, automation, and troubleshooting (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience supporting financial systems or involvement in financial services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze system and application metrics to enhance performance, reliability, and fault detection
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain resilient services
- Participate in system design reviews, platform management, and capacity planning initiatives
- Create sustainable automation solutions to minimize manual tasks and operational workload
- Develop and refine SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks that balance speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Enhance observability across environments utilizing modern tools and methodologies
- Identify, prototype, and apply automation techniques leveraging scripting, infrastructure tooling, and AI/LLM-based solutions
- Diagnose and resolve intricate issues within distributed systems and end-user computing settings
- Assess new technologies, patterns, and tools to promote continuous enhancement
- Produce and deliver high-quality technical content, remote actions, and workflows to facilitate self-service and boost operational efficiency
