Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
- Proficient in SharePoint 2019 and development within SharePoint Online, with a solid understanding of the limitations of SPO compared to SharePoint 2019.
- Experience in migrating legacy features such as InfoPath forms, InfoPath front-ended lists, Designer and 2010 workflows, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PowerShell.
- Skilled in creating solutions using native SPO features and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with content migration in SharePoint using both native and third-party tools (e.g., ShareGate).
- Familiar with SharePoint Online architecture (Modern/Classic/Hub sites).
- Knowledge of governance and access control, encompassing permissions and identity management.
- Proficient in using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) along with associated tools such as VSCode, Node.js, npm, Yeoman, and REST APIs.
- Experience working within a standard agile methodology.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio is advantageous.
- Understanding of the limitations within Microsoft GCC High tenants and basic licensing is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders, translating requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring security measures in SPO.

Responsibilities
- Develop customizations, assist customers, and migrate site data for SharePoint/Power Platform.
- Provide ad-hoc support for SharePoint on a daily basis as required.
- Collaborate with business leaders, end users, and IT personnel to define application requirements within SharePoint Online.
- Report progress and proactively communicate issues to IT leadership and staff.
- Lead and manage migration projects that require application development to replace outdated functionality.
- Handle high-stakes projects with tight deadlines and complex outcomes while maintaining composure.
- Motivate less experienced team members and address obstacles to progress.
- Perform operational support duties, including application maintenance, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Ensure integration and operability of applications with OS, databases, middleware, and other technological components is seamless.
- Analyze defects/issues and manage release planning and migrations across various environments.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and corporate information security policies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration, change control, access control, and logs.
- Stay informed on vendor updates and industry trends to ensure competitive and innovative solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
