- Oversee platform upgrades and patch deployments adhering to strict change control protocols - Configure and manage system properties, email integrations, scheduled tasks, and security settings of the platform - Apply and enforce access controls, user roles, and authentication processes in accordance with security guidelines - Track system performance, capacity, and availability metrics; proactively resolve bottlenecks and issues - Create and maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures - Direct incident response for platform-level challenges and engage in change advisory board (CAB) meetings - Offer technical assistance and training to fellow team members and end users - Ensure compliance with federal security regulations, including NIST, FedRAMP, or DoD standards as applicable
