Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Varicent ICM.
- Over 6 years of substantial experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Bachelors Degree in a pertinent field.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver sophisticated technical components in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test Varicent ICM and ELT (Symon) components to facilitate incentive programs.
- Create and enhance Varicent reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Administer advanced data workflows utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Ensure that technical solutions are in line with business needs and telecommunications industry standards.
Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our energetic team in the Communications, Media & Technology sector, focusing on innovative incentive compensation solutions. This crucial role involves developing and maintaining the Varicent ICM architecture that supports our Client Partner Incentive programs. This is a contract position that allows for telecommuting with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
