Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a UX Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with prototyping and user testing techniques
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team and developers to ensure consistency in design and user experience across our products
- Engage with stakeholders including UX Leads, Product Managers, and Development Managers to identify and prioritize design solutions
- Conduct user research, prototype concepts, and validate solutions with users to guide design decisions
- Critically evaluate ongoing design work, assessing the importance and efficacy of solutions
- Present user experience concepts at various stages of the design process through wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
- Contribute to and utilize existing design pattern libraries and interface guidelines
- Manage one or more design projects from initiation to completion, adhering to creative, technical, and business objectives

We are a leading enterprise healthcare client in search of a passionate Senior UX Engineer to join our innovative and expanding team. This is a remote contract position with a competitive hourly wage of $25 - $35. Our work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
