Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related field such as Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics
- 15+ years of recent experience in modeling communication data, especially with satellite constellations and ground networks
- 10+ years of recent experience with Satellite to Ground RF communication protocols, including end-to-end packet prioritization and routing, or traffic modeling
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Strong analytical skills for missile tracking data validation
- Familiarity with missile tracking systems design and sensor fusion techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their use in system design and deployment is advantageous
- Experience with image processing, including collection, handling, storing, and analysis
Responsibilities
- Engage in systems engineering by breaking down requirements and modeling traffic data flow from satellite constellations to ground networks
- Plan and execute scheduled as well as on-demand satellite services for missile tracking
- Analyze missile tracking data to ensure the accuracy of the traffic model
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement advanced ground operational systems for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture
- Contribute to the evolution, expansion, integration, testing, and maintenance of operational centers and infrastructure management
