Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience managing data, analytics, or cloud-related projects
- Extensive expertise in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing
- Proven success in delivering business intelligence, big data, and analytics solutions
- Experience in navigating complex enterprise landscapes
- Proficient in SQL and related database technologies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Experience in developing project documentation including plans, schedules, charters, and reports
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise data systems
- Must have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA)
- Background in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation projects
- Understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and data governance
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, TOGAF)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical delivery of projects related to data engineering, analytics, and cloud initiatives
- Contribute to AI/ML and advanced analytics programs within the enterprise
- Define and monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, and outcomes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Supervise efforts in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing
- Identify and address risks, dependencies, and issues promptly
- Prepare status reports, executive updates, and communications for stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting
- Utilize tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet for project tracking
- Ensure seamless collaboration between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
