Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange (both on-premises and Exchange Online/hybrid)
- Practical experience in Azure and hybrid cloud setups
- Background in supporting or leading M365/cloud migration initiatives
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
- Familiar with Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and identity management services
- Understanding of authentication protocols and security measures (SSO, MFA, OAuth)
- Experience with Windows Server versions 2012-2022
- Strong diagnostic skills for enterprise environments
- Preferred experience with Intune and endpoint/device management
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) tools (SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365)

Responsibilities
- Administer and support environments including Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365
- Oversee hybrid Exchange management (on-premises along with Exchange Online) and messaging configurations
- Facilitate and implement migrations to the cloud, specifically to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, etc.)
- Sustain and enhance M365 services, such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Set up and control Group Policy (GPO) alongside essential identity management services
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and contemporary scripting tools
- Handle Azure resources and manage access rights
- Deliver Tier III support for intricate infrastructure and messaging challenges
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance and uphold best practices
- Document systems, processes, and configurations comprehensively
Description
We are searching for an experienced infrastructure expert who specializes in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365, to join our team located in Houston, Texas. This contract position offers a competitive hourly wage between $65 to $70, working from 8 am to 5 pm.
