Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Oracle SQL and PL/SQL developer.
- Experience in software product development, particularly in the financial sector.
- Proficient in Quantitative and Multi-Dimensional Analysis, with expertise in working with data and data tools.
- ETL Development experience, primarily using Informatica, with a proven track record in Data Warehouse implementations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, with a strong commitment to high-quality software delivery and software engineering principles.
- Strong quality assurance skills, with a focus on Acceptance Test-Driven Development.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, Lambda, EMR, and S3.
- Enjoyment in exploring various technologies to address business challenges.
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, conducting data analysis, and identifying patterns and trends within data.
- Capability to independently resolve technical issues, generate options, and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficient in performing analysis, design, estimation, and development of database components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in developing our next-generation data platform on AWS.
- Create robust solutions that align with our technology blueprint and best practices to address business challenges through design, development, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with our global team, offering technical guidance in solution development.
- Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions as well as code and design reviews.
Description
We are located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and are currently offering a contract position with hourly compensation between $72 and $73. Our work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
