Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst

- Ensure team compliance with operational standards and Azure DevOps protocols - Organize and lead project status meetings and scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, backlog grooming) - Prepare and share detailed progress reports and meeting notes - Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain project work plans - Work with product owners to document business requirements - Draft user stories and define done and ready criteria - Coordinate project timelines in partnership with the Product Owner - Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and conduct periodic reviews - Effectively communicate all project requirements and changes to stakeholders - Manage inter-team relationships across various locations - Define release scope and prioritize timely delivery of values - Identify and resolve project obstacles through collaboration - Seek support for resolving team impediments when necessary - Represent the project team in meetings and official events - Develop and oversee project plans for assigned streams - Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks for successful outcomes - Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures as needed - Secure buy-in from senior management on key project plans and changes - Clearly define roles and expectations for team members to ensure effective resource use - Support team growth by ensuring accountability and removing barriers - Utilize organizational resources to boost project capabilities - Manage supplier and subcontractor relations and ensure compliance with contracts
