Senior Project Manager - Cloud Optimization

- Lead and manage critical business-funded projects within a sophisticated IT framework - Cultivate strong executive presence and effectively manage expectations of leadership - Drive project delivery while adhering to established best practices for value realization - Foster trust and collaboration within the PMO and among project stakeholders - Model and implement behaviors necessary for effective project execution across the organization - Integrate change management principles within project methodologies - Provide strategic insights on Project and Portfolio management processes - Collaborate as a member of the Senior Leadership team during strategic planning - Oversee the execution of large, complex projects ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery - Manage the financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and variance analysis - Support resource capacity management to optimize deployment efficiency - Partner with the portfolio management function to streamline project prioritization - Ensure compliance with Project governance standards and methodologies - Define and implement advanced Project Management practices and tools - Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Mentor and coach Project Managers to enhance project outcomes - Build relationships with business leaders and project sponsors to ensure project alignment - Provide consulting support on planning, prioritization, and delivery based on business objectives
