Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- At least eight (8) years of experience in technical product management, specifically with B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing large-scale technical products and cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of payment technologies and integrations with financial institutions or credit unions
- Advanced expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, including APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and experience leading Agile teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Develop comprehensive product features, epics, and technical user stories for the development team, with a focus on complex, high-impact products
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and executive teams to prioritize product roadmaps and validate technical feasibility
- Analyze product performance through data and analytics, identifying key areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Lead integration efforts for third-party services and establish a scalable partner network
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to shape long-term product strategy
- Mentor mid-level and junior technical product managers, sharing best practices and industry insights
- Ensure the development of technical documentation and playbooks for both internal and external use
- Drive the delivery of new product features, coordinating go-to-market strategies with product marketing and customer success teams
