Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Articulate and implement the strategic vision for our digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Mentor and guide a team of product managers and product owners, fostering their professional development.
- Create and update a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing product features based on feedback and market insights.
- Work in tandem with design, engineering, marketing, support, and client management teams to ensure cohesive delivery of product initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements, aligning them with business goals.
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from concept creation to design, development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, using data insights for continuous improvement.
- Perform market assessments and competitive analyses to pinpoint trends and customer needs, facilitating product differentiation opportunities.
