Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft, including at least 3 years hands-on with version 9.2.
- Expertise in at least two of the following modules: Payroll, HR, or Time and Labor.
- Proficient in Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- Proven skills in developing reports, interfaces, and processes using SQR.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication abilities and proven experience in collaborating with functional users and IT teams.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft applications and web development frameworks.
- Capable of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intricate PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and processes that align with business and user needs.
- Configure and uphold Time and Labor rules to ensure compliance with legal standards and accurate payroll calculations.
- Convert user requirements into effective technical solutions, including custom applications and enhancements.
- Code, test, and implement solutions utilizing tools such as Application Designer, BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, and Oracle database technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all programs, systems, and procedures.
- Modify and support existing applications as necessary to adapt to changing business needs.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Mentor and provide technical support to junior developers.
- Collaborate with HR functional users to enhance PeopleSoft features and functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and take part in the selection, implementation, and rollout of both new delivered and custom features.
- Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
