Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions in enterprise environments (work experience, training, education, or military background).
- More than 5 years of direct experience managing extensive Middleware Messaging platforms.
- Proficiency in IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ).
- Experience with IBM Message Broker / ACE / IIB.
- Knowledge of Kafka and Solace technologies.
- Solid background in supporting enterprise-level, highly available, mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions focusing on Middleware and Messaging platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance systems administration, automation, and incident management.
- Design and implement specifications for complex infrastructure systems.
- Manage large-scale upgrades and streamline recovery processes through automation.
- Evaluate and analyze cloud security, secrets management, and key rotations for robust infrastructure integrity.
- Facilitate Agile development practices utilizing tools like Jira and ServiceNow to manage daily operations and risks.
- Analyze trends to prevent recurring technical issues and enhance system stability.
