Senior IT Asset & Operations Manager

- Execute a variety of tasks as per departmental policies and procedures - Collaborate with Technical Leads, Procurement, and Suppliers for comprehensive IT hardware/software lifecycle management - Lead and coordinate technical meetings, gather requirements for IT purchases and renewals, and handle financial reporting and tracking - Conduct research to collect data on previous contracts, including financials and invoicing - Maintain all associated documentation relevant to hardware/software, ensuring it is current - Schedule and facilitate Technical/Supplier meetings, documenting and distributing meeting notes and action items - Submit purchase contracts and renewals through Workday - Monitor IT hardware/software maintenance deadlines to prompt renewals - Investigate software entitlements and resolve license compliance concerns with the relevant teams - Address and resolve hardware inquiries and issues - Manage various financial-related reports effectively - Communicate issues clearly and escalate them appropriately - Review and authorize vendor invoices while investigating any discrepancies - Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team - Conduct cross-functional team meetings and maintain effective communication with Suppliers - Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, communicating effectively with senior management - Demonstrate project management capabilities, including attention to detail and problem-solving - Perform additional responsibilities as needed
