Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in data management and reporting
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with project assessment and monitoring
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with compliance programs and quality assurance
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks related to externally funded initiatives under the direction of a manager
- Gain comprehensive understanding of each funded project, including objectives and key stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity for files exchanged between Accredo and vendors in support of compliance
- Extract data from internal resources and provide it to vendors for the texting pilot program, maintaining accuracy
- Convert text campaign feedback and integrate it into patient records
- Plan, track, review, and report on project progress
- Communicate any data-related issues effectively and propose solutions
- Contribute to the design and rollout of new enhancements, such as automation and reporting tools
- Analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement
- If time allows, assist with additional assigned projects
- Oversee performance management for various programs

We are an Enterprise Healthcare client seeking a dedicated Business Project Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is contract-based and allows for telecommuting.
