Requirements
Must:
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail and precision
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in managing end-to-end project processes and establishing performance metrics
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and effective communication for project updates, with escalation to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Capability to analyze technical challenges, interpret data, and suggest feasible solutions
- Extensive experience in converting diverse inputs into business requirements and standards
- Lead or participate in moderately complex projects focusing on data quality, governance, and metadata
- Design and implement complex analyses to identify and address data quality and integrity issues
- Ability to operate in a Hybrid Office setting, with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week
- Proficiency in SQL is essential
- Background in loans, credit risk, lending, and regulatory reporting is required
- Prior experience in a financial institution is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders effectively and deliver compelling presentations
- Conduct detailed analysis with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Utilize advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Oversee the full project management lifecycle, establishing processes and performance metrics
- Successfully manage multiple projects at once
- Communicate project statuses clearly and escalate issues as needed to remove obstacles
- Analyze technical issues, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations
- Integrate feedback from various sources into coherent business requirements
- Take a leading role in initiatives focused on data quality and governance
- Execute analyses aimed at identifying and resolving data-related challenges
- Collaborate in a Hybrid Office model, attending the office at least three times a week
- Maintain proficiency in SQL
- Leverage knowledge of loans, credit risk, lending, and regulatory reporting in tasks
- Draw on previous experience in a financial institution for enhanced performance
