Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in an IT or Business-related field (such as MIS, Business Management) and at least four years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration involving creation, testing, configuration, updates, manipulation, or scripting of technical tools or applications.
- Alternatively, a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration involving the creation, testing, configuration, updates, manipulation, or scripting of technical tools or applications is required.
Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to service requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for applications like PWA (Project Web App), MS Project, Planview AgilePlace, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other project management tools.
- Perform license audits for software tools such as MSPS and Planview AgilePlace.
- Aid in establishing QA environments and supporting tools for project management training sessions.
- Ensure training settings are prepared and provide on-site technical support during sessions to resolve any issues.
Description
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented App Specialist contractor to support our Project Management organization. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our project management initiatives by delivering technical support, assisting with training sessions, maintaining systems and applications, and troubleshooting issues. This is a contract position with a pay range of $47.14 to $57.14 per hour, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan, subject to eligibility.
