Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in Scrum Master practices.
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).
Responsibilities
- Engage in consulting or participate in moderately complex projects and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Assist in large-scale planning associated with Scrum Master tasks.
- Analyze and address moderately complex challenges faced by Scrum Masters requiring thorough evaluation of various factors.
- Support the resolution of moderately complex issues in consultation with colleagues to fulfill Scrum Master objectives, utilizing a solid grasp of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with client teams.
