Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP BTP Document Management Service
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in System Integration (CPI, PI/PO, or IDOCs)
- Familiarity with Data Quality Management is preferred
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus
- Knowledge of Outlook and CAD integration is desired
- Understanding of Engineering Change Management processes is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain SAP DMS modules to meet business document management needs.
- Create and implement document structures, classification systems, and metadata schemas.
- Oversee document versioning, change control, and approval workflows.
- Deploy the SAP BTP Document Management Service and integrate it with MM, QM, PP, and EWM modules.
- Develop interfaces for document exchange using SAP PI/PO or CPI.
- Design reporting dashboards for efficient document searching and handle system troubleshooting related to CPI and IDOC failures.

The consultant will play a crucial role in the full-scale implementation and enhancement of Document Management Systems, focusing on creating strong document frameworks and workflows that ensure consistent data integrity across the SAP environment.
