Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in MM, PP, PM, CO, FI
- Solid understanding of global supply chain processes
- Proficiency in procurement and supplier management lifecycle
- Experience in earned value management metrics such as BCWP, BCWS, ACWP, CPI, SPI
- Ability to design effective data models and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with manufacturing finance and production order costing
- Competence in labor tracking and performance simulation
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting SAP applications and integrations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance SAP solutions to address business needs and operational efficiency
- Configure SAP modules for improved system functionality
- Analyze business processes to identify and recommend appropriate SAP solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations and customizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Develop labor tracking reports and analyze performance metrics
- Build and maintain baseline material values for in-house manufactured parts
- Create financial summary dashboards and integrate with other systems like Cobra & S/4
