Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in SAP HCM Functional consulting
- Proven hands-on expertise in SAP HCM US Payroll and Time Management
- Extensive functional knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruiting and PMGM
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive functional support for SAP HCM US Payroll and SuccessFactors
- Address complex incidents and conduct root-cause analysis for system challenges
- Work closely with client HR teams and IT stakeholders to enhance system performance
- Draft functional documentation and oversee system testing and validation
Description
We invite you to join our Application Managed Services team as a Lead SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. In this role, you will contribute significantly to incident management, service requests, and enhancements for a high-priority client in the Products sector. Our office is located in Omaha, Nebraska, and this is a contract position with competitive pay ranging from $55.69 to $65.69 per hour.
