Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of functional testing experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies
- Proficient in creating high-quality test plans
- Experience with JIRA or Qtest for test result management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in complex, large-scale mainframe environments
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTP, or CAT are preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements and convert them into effective test plans
- Implement and execute the developed test plans
- Collect and manage test results using JIRA or Qtest
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project goals and technical strategies are aligned
- Maintain a robust understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills while working both independently and collaboratively
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Work successfully within complex, large-scale mainframe environments
