Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Python development is essential
- 4+ years of experience with big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop
- 2+ years of SQL programming experience, preferably with Oracle Exadata
- Understanding of performance tuning for data-intensive applications
- Proficiency in performance profiling with a focus on identifying performance enhancements and memory optimizations
- Strong abilities in coding, debugging, and analytical thinking
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications
- Innovative mindset with a history of delivering tech-based solutions
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on application development to support both current and future processes
- Collaborate with multiple technology teams to execute target architecture
- Facilitate migration to a strategic platform
- Ensure compliance with regulatory capital reporting under Basel rules
- Define requirements for data sourcing related to calculating risk-weighted assets
- Document business logic and establish formulas for Basel rules-based capital ratios
- Capture comprehensive requirements for various entities including bank holding companies and related banks
