Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience delivering web-based solutions, focusing on architecture and technical design for customer-centric platforms, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years leading technical direction across cross-functional teams including internal staff and external partners
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with modern web application architectures, including frontend frameworks (e.g., React), backend technologies, and RESTful APIs
- Experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable, cloud-based solutions, preferably on Azure
- Authorized to work in the United States with or without sponsorship
- Proven ability to convert complex business needs into clear technical directives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities and commitment to clear documentation and follow-through
- Self-motivated, curious with a continuous learning mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experiences collaborating across product, PMO, QA, and operations teams
- Strategic problem-solver with the capability to navigate ambiguity and assess trade-offs
- Strong adaptability skills and capable of managing competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural vision and technical direction for portal solutions primarily utilizing Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure and Dynamics 365 CRM
- Act as the principal technical liaison among business units, operations, IT, product, and external partners, converting requirements into technical guidance
- Direct the design processes for complex web applications and integrations, providing hands-on support when necessary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements
- Supervise integrations across web applications and enterprise systems, ensuring secure and efficient designs
- Work in partnership with the PMO to align on delivery timelines while retaining responsibility for technical dependencies and risk strategies
- Mentor and enable internal and external developers by establishing clear standards and best practices
- Ensure high-quality project delivery through collaboration with QA and other internal teams, and engage in continuous improvement practices
- Maintain transparent documentation for architecture, requirements, and project statuses to ensure stakeholder alignment
