Oracle Financial Systems Manager

- Take ownership of daily operational support for Oracle financial systems, including user access, security roles, configuration updates, and functional maintenance. - Oversee and manage outsourced support resources, ensuring accountability, adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and effective resolution of business-as-usual tasks and service tickets. - Convert Finance business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining run books and system documentation for continuous operations. - Assist in developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for Oracle ERP and EPM platforms, ensuring scalability, stability, and alignment with Finance and enterprise goals. - Collaborate with Engineering & Technology (ET) and Finance teams to plan, test, and roll out Oracle quarterly patches, upgrades, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Design, create, and upkeep integrations and data feeds between Oracle and third-party platforms (e.g., Concur, Revenue Manager, TPRM, CounselLink). - Manage and support ETL processes and inter-module data flows across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM environments. - Observe, troubleshoot, and solve data feed and reconciliation issues between Oracle modules and downstream reporting systems, leading and executing action items. - Work with Accounting and FP&A to enhance data availability, reporting accuracy, configuration efficiency, and analytical capabilities across Oracle and allied tools. - Supervise Development, Test, and Production environments, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise and industry standards. - Manage backup, recovery, and data validation tasks, including reporting to verify data completeness and accuracy. - Evaluate and monitor license usage, system access, and security roles to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. - Foster relationships with Oracle and other vendors, managing license compliance, renewals, and support engagements. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Finance leadership, Accounting, FP&A, and ET partners. - Provide transparency into system performance, task prioritization, and progress in delivery. - Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and system adoption to enhance utilization across Finance and technical teams. - Report directly to the Head of Finance / Distribution / Marketing Systems, providing frequent updates, insights, and guidance.
