Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in implementing and developing Oracle FCCS solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of consolidation methodologies, intercompany eliminations, and ownership structures.
- High proficiency in using EPM Automate, Business Rules, and cloud-based reporting tools.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of FCCS applications, from the initial design phase to successful deployment.
- Convert complex business needs identified by finance teams into effective and functional technical solutions.
- Oversee data integration processes through EPM Automate and cloud data exchange pipelines.
- Validate that all configurations comply with GAAP/IFRS standards and facilitate the creation of accurate financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

We are seeking a Lead Consultant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois, focused on Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) implementations. You will collaborate with key finance stakeholders to create and implement impactful solutions that enhance the efficiency of financial closing and reporting cycles for a global enterprise. This is a contract position with competitive pay ranging from $55.69 to $65.69 per hour during standard work hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.
