Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Oracle Utilities and Oracle Customer Experience (CX) ecosystems.
- Strong background in Front Office technology architecture and solution design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and directly engage with external clients.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence key architectural decisions.
- Availability for collaboration during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
- Willingness to travel for on-site project workshops as necessary.
- Key skills: Oracle CX4U, Oracle Utilities, DCS, Front Office Architecture, Solution Design, Client Workshop Facilitation, Oracle Unity CDP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology architecture strategies for Oracle CX4U and DCS platforms.
- Facilitate client-facing workshops to gather needs and present scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of product engagement.
- Analyze intricate technical issues and propose innovative solutions to boost system performance and capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere.
Description
We are a global leader in innovation and are looking for a CX4U Consultant to join our team. This is a high-impact, contract position that allows you to telecommute. You will earn between $70 and $85 per hour, and youll be working during standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
