Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field - Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly-regulated sectors - Proven background in digital product management or managing product roadmaps within cross-functional teams - More than 8 years of experience with omnichannel engagement, campaign orchestration, digital marketing platforms, or associated commercial roles - Experience designing scalable product frameworks, prioritization methodologies, and governance standards - Familiarity with journey orchestration platforms and decisioning systems, including Field Next-Best-Action solutions - Strong grasp of customer data ecosystems, segmentation, targeting concepts, and integration with execution systems - Prior work experience in Agile product development teams and within product operating models - Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other product management applications - Ability to maintain comprehensive views of customer journeys, identifying pain points and translating insights into prioritized improvements - Strong collaborative skills for effective alignment across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment - Analytical mindset to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and convert data into actionable insights - Skilled in managing competing priorities while balancing innovation, governance, compliance, and sustainability - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence effectively across various levels - Demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement through feedback and experimentation - Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred but not mandatory, and can substitute for some necessary experience when aligned with global hiring standards

Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision and desired outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders - Continuously refine the Omnichannel Orchestration roadmap by making prioritization and trade-off decisions based on user feedback - Transform business requirements into product solutions with measurable success indicators that enhance impact across various franchises - Oversee the comprehensive strategy and global roadmap for orchestration capabilities, ensuring consistent execution and measurable results - Connect business stakeholders with the Omnichannel Orchestration global capability team to clarify requirements aligned with strategic business outcomes - Collaborate with the Tech Lead to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical feasibility in project timelines - Work closely with the Suite Lead to ensure product priorities and roadmap decisions meet suite-level business objectives - Establish clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for effective execution - Collaborate across the Customer Experience Organization for seamless product integration and ongoing evolution to meet scalability, flexibility, and compliance needs - Drive customer engagement by overseeing marketing automation and CRM capabilities for standardized campaign activation and performance tracking - Utilize user insights to shape Omnichannel Orchestration capabilities that enhance customer experiences for both internal and external users - Lead initiative discovery efforts by engaging directly with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and validate business value before development - Collaborate with Global Capability teams to deliver scalable Omnichannel Orchestration solutions - Track product adoption and outcome KPIs to drive backlog prioritization and continuous enhancements - Create and manage documentation, including PRDs and user stories, while coordinating sprint planning with the Tech Lead and development teams - Foster experimentation to improve outcomes of the Omnichannel Orchestration Engine - Use metrics to communicate the products value proposition and impact effectively, promoting product visibility and creating a culture of engagement across CX operations
